1. Return Eligibility
Most products can be returned within 7–14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products such as gift cards, digital downloads, activated SaaS subscriptions, personalized or custom-made items, perishable food products, and opened personal care products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, log in to your account, visit your order history, and submit a return request. Alternatively, you may contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.
4. Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and successfully inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Exchanges

8. Late or Missing Refunds

9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for return according to this Return & Refund Policy.
